Principle's of Learning

In order for us to be a good educator we must know the principles of learning where as we can find out how we can make the student understand their lessons. This principle focuses on how learner’s learning in the way that comforts them. It is easier for an individual to learn in her/his compatibility. Then the reporter stated the law of readiness which means being prepared to respond, these factor help an individual to be more responsible and building up confidence to compel. Afterwards, the reporter added the types of motivation and the principles of motivation. Motivation is very important thing in a student and one role of a teacher is to motivate them. Motivate them to achieve their goals in life despite of many difficulties, frustrations and obstacles. As a second parent we must let them feel that they can do it, it is not impossible. And last as a good teacher we must be open-minded, promotes flexible intellectual interest, will to learn and accept the responsibility of the consequences of one’s activity.
